for visiting the Market and Shopping in Sanford’s Historic downtown area.
4th Annual Asian Lantern Festival features over 30 larger-than-life sculptures, lit from within, by LED lights. Hand made frames, covered with fabric, create beautiful illuminated plants, animals, butterflies and more.
FYI: The festival is a walking journey on a 3/4 mile path around the Zoo.
Manual wheelchairs are available for rental on a first come basis at the
admissions window.

Departure #1: Bus leaves from Walmart 466 Garden area Promptly at 2 PM. So if you arrive at 2:15 the bus will be gone. Arrive in Sanford approximately 3:30.At that time you can go to Hollerbach’s or shop and eat on your own.
Departure #2 Bus leaves downtown Sanford at 6:30 PM at the same point that you were dropped off at to attend The Asian Lantern Festival at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens for the 7:00 PM Lantern Tour
Return: Bus Leaves the Zoo’ at 8:30 PM and arrives at Walmart 466 @ approx.9:30 PM
No glass on the bus. Tervis Tumbler type glasses are okay
